This collection is made from an authentic military fabric - a tropical wool originally produced in 1989 in Huntingdon, Quebec for the Canadian Armed Forces.

The fabric leftovers were first sold to a Montreal theater company for the production of their stage curtains before crossing paths with 1ER MAI in 2023. This tropical wool was the starting point for the creation of the latest 1ER MAI pieces, which blend military and workwear inspirations. This is the first drop of this capsule collection.
